Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservations require an advance payment equivalent to no of night intended to stay to confirm the room on a guaranteed basis by depositing total advances strictly in cash.

Refund Policy:

A. In case of non-availability of required room, the entire advance will be refunded.

B. In case of Cancellation of booking, Guests travel agent shall refund part or whole of the advance collected from the guest as per policy stated herein. Guests/Travel Agent acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and policies.

C. The refund terms vary depending on the season of the booking and number of lead days.

D. All refunds to the Guests reservation done through Travel agent, will be done by that agent only,
Hotel will not make any refund at the resort.

Cancellation Charges for the Peak Season: November – April:


If cancelled more than 47 days before check-in : 10% of amount receivable.
Less than 47 days and Upto 17 days before check-in : 60% of amount receivable.
Less than 17 days and Upto 12 days before check in : 80% of amount receivable.
Less than 12 days and before check in : 100% of amount receivable.

In case of no –show, the entire advance will be forfeited.

Cancellation Charges Lean Season: May – October :

If cancelled more than 17 days before check-in : 10% of amount receivable.
Less than 17 days and Upto 05 days before check-in : 20% of amount receivable.
Less than 05 days and Upto 02 days before check in : 50% of amount receivable.
Less than 02 days and before check in : 100% of amount receivable.
